Should I bring a towel?
Ask the business which towels, covers and disposable sheets it provides and whether you should bring anything. Request fresh textiles for your appointment and ask how used linen is kept separate. This is a question checklist, not a claim about a listed address.
What does hygienically washed mean?
Germany’s infektionsschutz.de recommends washing household towels and bed linen at at least 60 °C with a bleach-containing heavy-duty detergent. This household advice is not a complete commercial massage laundry standard. Ask about the studio’s own cleaning and linen process.
Does shower time count towards the booking?
Clarify whether a shower is available or expected, which products are supplied and whether the time is included. Ask about privacy while changing and your preferred covering. Normal personal hygiene and clean hands matter; an advertising image does not create a requirement to shave or use extra cosmetic treatments.
What if something feels wrong?
If a towel seems damp or used, ask for a replacement before starting. Raise unclear procedures and stop the appointment if you are uncomfortable. Smell alone proves neither cleanliness nor a defect. This guide does not issue hygiene certificates or claim an on-site inspection.
