What does body-to-body describe?
Literally, the term describes bodily contact. Providers use it for programmes in which the practitioner’s body is involved in the application. Some describe oil-based products. The actual techniques and boundaries must be explained by the individual offer.
What distinguishes a Nuru offer?
Nuru concepts often emphasise a slippery gel. A prepared surface, shower and cleaning arrangements may matter. This does not imply identical ingredients or a universal process. As marketing terms, Nuru and body-to-body are not necessarily mutually exclusive.
Ask about oil and gel
Check the product name, ingredients and fragrance, especially if you know of a sensitivity. Ask whether your own product is possible and who handles preparation. Natural or premium labels do not answer those questions.
Compare time and the total quote
Establish whether preparation and showering are included in paid time. Products and room arrangements may have different conditions, but the word Nuru does not automatically justify a surcharge. Compare the stated scope and final amount.
Which one suits you?
There is no objective winner for every guest. Personal preference, understandable conditions and mutually respected boundaries matter. Ask about the product, surface, time, shower and process instead of inferring a whole programme from a photograph.
